We believe soccer is a powerful opportunity to positively impact our community’s youth.

Gladstone Soccer Association provides an environment conducive to the development of the whole player including their physical and personal growth through quality training and competition.

Grades K-8th are encouraged to join us in Spring and Fall of each year for a fun-filled season where they will learn team skills and make life-long friends!

IMPORTANT UPDATE! Gladstone Soccer Association will now be providing jerseys for every player including 3rd grade and up! These jerseys will be identical to the current solid grey and solid black jerseys. Please make sure to update your child’s sizing when you register!

Spring ‘25 Registration is OPEN!

About GSA

We are a volunteer based non-profit that services Gladstone, Milwaukie, Oregon City, Clackamas and other surrounding cities.

We offer open registrations to children Kindergarten aged to 8th grade.

Our Kinder/Micro program is co-ed-based teams teaching the fundamentals of soccer while focusing on the fun of the sport.

Our 3rd grade through 8th grade program is gender specific teams; building on their early training and teaching in depth understanding of the game as well as personal growth.

Kinder/Micro Program

All coaches are volunteers and are given the liberty to make their own practice schedule. Games are all played at Meldrum Bar Park (practices are generally there but can be moved at the coach’s discretion). Kinder games are 3v3 or 4v4 depending on the number of players we have that season. Micro games are 4v4 or 5v5 again depending on the number of players that season. This level focuses on the basic building blocks of the sport. We focus on fun while teaching moves like dribbling, aiming, pull backs, crossovers, etc. We teach communication as an essential skill to the success of the team.

3rd through 8th grade Program

All coaches are volunteers and are given the liberty to make their own practice schedule. This level of play is gender specific teams (unless we are unable to form a full team, then we create a co-ed team that plays in the boys’ bracket). As our youth progress through the program, their training and games become a little more competitive, they focus more on learning specific positions on the field, we add goalkeepers, and we fine tune the fundamentals. We again focus on communication as a team to aim for success.

We’d LOVE to have you! All our coaches are parent volunteers, and we couldn’t do this without them! You must first pass a background check and complete SafeSport training. Our Director of Coaching will be there to help you out along the way!
